Shipping Terms

Goods are delivered worldwide.

Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

Shipping within Germany costs 5.90 € via an insured DHL / GLS package.

For orders over 100 €, we deliver within Germany free of shipping charges.

Dealer customers are excluded from free shipping.

International deliveries:

European foreign countries (Austria, Italy, Switzerland, Poland, Portugal) etc: 19.90 Euro

Non-European foreign countries (Russia, Israel, Japan, China (Worldwide)): 179.90

Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods domestically (Germany) takes place within 3 - 5 days, and for international deliveries within 5 - 7 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that no delivery takes place on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

For self-collection, we will inform you by email about the availability of the goods and the collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
